MAGNOLIA, Ark. - The Bossier Parish Community College men's cross country team finished fifth overall, but was the top junior college, at the 9th Annual Lois Davis Invitational here at Southern Arkansas University on Saturday monring.

Freshman Roderrick Short was the Cavaliers top finisher placing third overall with a time of 24:56.3. The rest of the Cavalier finishers inlcudes, Austin Jacobsen in 24th with a time of 28:00.5, Rangel Miller 29th at 29:20.4, Paden Sisterhen 31st at 30:52.2 and Danny Brimmer 36th at 32:33.1.

The Cavaliers will host the Region XIV Meet on Oct. 25 at South Bossier Park.
