In a thrilling Region 14 North Division baseball clash on April 16, 2025, Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) overcame an early deficit to defeat Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) 10-8 at BPCC's home field in Bossier City, Louisiana. Powered by a potent offensive outburst led by Parker Gwyn's two home runs and clutch pitching down the stretch

 

The game started with NTCC jumping out to a commanding 4-0 lead in the early innings, putting BPCC's resilience to the test. The Eagles' bats came out hot, capitalizing on aggressive hitting. However, BPCC's offense, known for its depth and firepower, refused to stay quiet.

 

Parker Gwyn ignited the Cavaliers' comeback, crushing two home runs and driving in multiple runs to spark the rally. His first homer cut into NTCC's lead, and his second, a towering shot, swung momentum firmly in BPCC's favor.
