The Cavalier baseball team clinched a spot in the regional tournament for region 14 over the weekend with their win over Northeast Texas Community College. This is the third year in a row the BPCC baseball team has reached the playoffs. The Cavs will travel to Brenham, Tx where they will take on Blinn Junior College in game 1 of the regional at 2 pm on Friday. Six players from the team were selected to the All-Conference team.

Kam Edwards has been a staple in centerfield and the leadoff spot in the order for Bossier. Hitting a solid .374 with a whopping .480 OBP. Connor Crowson hit .345 with 11 doubles and 48 RBI'S. Sonny Rao who transferred in from D1 South Florida hit .333 with 58 RBI'S and 14 doubles. Brando Leroux hit .358 with 15 doubles and 9 homeruns. Emil Estrella hit .395 with 23 doubles and 7 homeruns. Seth Gurr went 6-0 on the bump for the Cavs posting a 4.40 E.R.A.
