Three BPCC runners fare well at ULM Warhawk Invitational

MONROE, La. - Bossier Parish Community College had three runners finish in the top 15 here at the ULM Warhawk Invitational on Sept. 3. BPCC's Hagos Easter finished eighth, while Cameron Crenshaw and Jaylen Patterson finished 13th and 15th, respectively.

"It was a great showing for us," said BPCC Cross Country coach Scott Carroway. "For us to have only three runners competing against four-year colleges and to have all three finish in the top 15 is outstanding."

Easter completed the 5K course in 17:05 to finish in the top 10. Crenshaw was a minute behind Easter at 18:05, while Patterson came in at 19:06.

BPCC was the only two-year school competing in the meet.
